THE ISTUDIO^® ORDER TERMS & POLICIES

At The IStudio^® my Terms and Conditions are based on the premise of offering high quality, reviewed and useful products that can assist my customers to be as successful as they choose to be. As with any tool or informational resource, your level of commitment in embracing this information and using it to its full potential is entirely up to you!

· Payments

I accept both:

To protect my customers from credit card fraud, I only ship to the address of record for the card number you provide. Secondary "ship to" addresses are not accepted. I do not accept Purchase Orders.

Personal, company or cashiers checks are not accepted.  If do not have access to a credit card, you can send a USPS Money Order. 

Due to previous bad experiences, I no longer entertain Purchase Orders.

You do not need to have a PayPal acount to use any credit card with PayPal!  I only ship to PayPal Confirmed U.S. addresses.

If you are not satisfied with your The IStudio^® purchase, I offer my money back guarantee on any order returned within 10 days in new condition (no wear and tear), with CD-ROM seals and/or original tags still intact. You will need to contact me first for a Return Authorization number before arbitrarily sending your products back to me. I will immediately issue a refund (less postage) or offer you a replacement upon receipt of the original product for verification of its condition.

Items return without notice and without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.

· Shipping & Handling

We do not ship outside of the United States.  U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Standard, Priority or Express Mail - your choice. 

My system will display the actual S&H to you based on your choice before you finalize your order.

• Most orders ship within 48 hours of their receipt (M-F). If items are backordered I will note my anticipated ship date in your order history account.

· Phone & Fax Orders

For inventory control and credit card authorization purposes, I do not accept phone orders that are not first placed online through this eStore. My eStore system walks you through creating a printable order you can then fax to me or call me on the phone to provide your payment information. Way easy! Once you place your order through my system, you will be provided the appropriate phone numbers at that time. I do not accept phone or fax orders that have not been placed through the system first.

USPS Money Orders can be used to pay for your order.  Personal, cashiers or company checks are not accepted.  Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then go through the check out process. Choose "Send Payment / USPS Money Order" as your mode of payment. My system will then create a printable order with all the information you need to send your order my way.
